Tim Dalton Dunn is an experienced trial attorney, having personally tried over 182 jury cases in federal and state courts with a 92.2% success rate.  As the firm's founder and principal attorney, Mr. Dunn specializes in insurance defense, products and premises liability, brain injury, automobile accident, wrongful death and medical malpractice. He has an extensive knowledge of the Utah Insurance Code and has served on the Utah Insurance Recodification Commission.  Mr. Dunn was awarded Utah Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2004.
